May 26-30

I can't believe the last week of school is here! We have had an amazing year! This last week will be very busy. In all subjects, we are wrapping up units and projects. On Tuesday, we are going to have a 4th grade yearbook signing party. If your child has not purchased a yearbook and would like one, they are still available in the front office for $25. On Wednesday, all classes are attending the Book Swap where every child will get to select a free book for the summer. Our end of the year awards are on Thursday at 9:15 in the cafeteria, and our end of the year party is on Friday from 9:00-10:00. We are having a breakfast party on Friday, so please send easy to serve breakfast foods to school with your child for the party. As always, feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns. It has been a pleasure working with you and your child this year. Have a wonderful summer and don't forget to read!

April 21 - 25

Our last round of STAAR Tests is finally here! Next Tuesday, April 22, all students will take the Math STAAR Test. Next Wednesday, April 23, all students will take the Reading STAAR test. It is imperative that your child goes to bed early the night before, eats a filling and nutritious breakfast, and arrives to school early. We have worked extremely hard all year, and I want to make sure each child is set up for success on those days so that they can show what they have learned. Due to testing the campus is closed next Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. As always, feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns. Have a wonderful three-day weekend!
